The word “organic” seems to be overused these days.
However, when I looked it up the definition read: “of, relating to, or obtained from living things.”
Yep! That is what I needed to say! I love close up photography. Look at this amazing assortment of photographs! Each one is, dare I say it? …so ORGANIC in its form.
Although true, that in all of these pictures appears a subject that is of natural origin; if you look again, you can’t help but notice the combination of the natural and non-natural (not sure if that’s a word, but it worked better, for me, than “unnatural”) elements in the photos, as well.
The composition of angles, curves and lines juxtapose perfectly with colour to make these some of the most simple and yet, incredible, photographs ever seen! It takes a talented artist to see the final result before he aims a lens and shoots. Take a deep breath, gaze at the chosen pictures and get…organic!
